PPC Account Manager

CobainMedia is a fast-growing Digital Marketing Agency located in Essex , specialising in everything Digital - SEO, PPC, Social marketing, Design and Development.

The role will be varied and requires someone who is bright, enthusiastic and who can juggle several tasks at once. This is an ideal opportunity to join an innovative and expanding agency which can offer excellent prospects to the right person.

The Role

As a Paid Search Account Manager you will play a pivotal role in the day to day management of your clients' search marketing campaigns. You will report to the managing director and be tasked with the optimisation execution against your client's search marketing objectives.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Daily Optimisation of your client's search marketing activity
  • Develop an in depth understanding of your client's targets and objectives.
  • Develop and implement strategy for your client's search accounts - including keyword list creation, ad copy development, account architecture, strategy, integration with other media, etc, etc
  • Recommend the appropriate technology where appropriate to assist your efforts to provide best in class delivery and services to your clients
  • Daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly reporting
  • Spend Reconciliation of monthly activity
  • Manage client expectations and ensure that campaigns are meeting objectives and deadlines.
  • Assist in developing client and internal understanding of Search and help grow client investment in Search.
  • Integration with other media departments where applicable
  • Management of the account executives working on your accounts

Your Profile

  • You will have a real passion for search marketing with genuine thirst for knowledge and a proven track record of working directly with implementing paid search campaigns
  • Thorough understanding of Google, Yahoo & Microsoft's search marketing platforms and related technologies
  • Strong numerical skills
  • Strong understanding of Microsoft Excel, Word and Power Point
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Strong literacy and communication skills
  • Understanding of SEO and Affiliate Marketing a bonus
